3. User Registration and Account
All users can register on our site to make purchases as Customers. Users with regular VAT numbers can apply to register on our site as Wholesale Customers.
3.1 Account Types.
Our site allows registration of two types of accounts: Customer e Wholesale Customer.
Customer Account: Registration allows you to manage orders, view purchase history, and expedite checkout procedures. You must provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
Wholesale Customer Account (Wholesale Customer): Interested users can apply for enrollment by entering their VAT number and describing their business. After an evaluation by HOMENICE, we reserve the right to approve or reject the request for enrollment as a wholesale customer. Accepted users will receive an email with login credentials and can make purchases on our site with dedicated conditions.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account information and password confidential. Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility. We recommend that you adopt a secure password and change it periodically.
3.3 Editing and Deleting the Account
You can change your account information at any time by accessing the “My Account” section on our site. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us by email at info@homnice.com. Deleting your account will result in the loss of all stored information, including your order history.
4. Status of the Warehouse.
Each product on our site is listed with one of the following availability statuses:
Available: Product is in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment. Orders for available products will be processed and shipped within the specified time frame.
Not Available: The product is not currently in stock in our warehouse and we do not have an estimated restocking date. It is not possible to purchase these products.
Available on Order: The product is not available for immediate delivery from our warehouse, but can be produced upon request. You can purchase these products, however you will need to wait for the production time specified when ordering. Please note that products available on order cannot be returned. Please see the “Returns and Refunds” section for more details.
5. Acceptance of Orders
We welcome all orders and are committed to fulfilling them to the best of our ability. However, in exceptional cases, we may have to revise or cancel an order: our company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the execution of the order at any time or to change The terms and conditions of the contract in case of unavailability of products, inconsistency of information provided or other exceptional circumstances. In any case, we undertake to promptly communicate any problems or changes and find a satisfactory solution for the customer.
6. Types of Payment
Each new order will be assigned a reference number(Order Number).For each new customer who places an order, payment by Bonifico Bancary, indicating in the reason for payment the number of thethe order and the user name.
A deposit of 30% of the total order amount is required before the order is placed. Once the order is completed and ready for pickup or shipment, the balance of the full amount will be required.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products to Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Austria. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
8. Photos and Multimedia Content
The photos and multimedia content on the site are copyrighted because they were taken and developed by us. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products, without penalty and without having to specify the reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to info@homenice.com and return the products in perfect condition in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund using the original method of payment.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are all products marked “Available to order” as they are products upon customer request.
10. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 14 days of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Italy. For any dispute arising out of the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
